What is the Progression of Study in Yoga?

Yoga is a very individualized practice and there are a variety of ways each student's journey will be personalized. First, there will be a focus on alignment to heal the body and then students can choose whether they would like a more Yin (relaxed) practice or a more active vinyasa (flow) style practice.
