Who should start practicing Tai Chi?

Tai Chi can help anyone and everyone and is not just something that we should start at a certain age. These ancient arts were made to heal the body. Through proper alignment, focusing our mind, and relaxing yet engaging our muscles we can bring the whole body together. Everyone can benefit from starting Tai Chi today. 

What is the Progression of Study in Tai Chi?

First, students will learn the Traditional 103 Movement Form as taught by Master Yang Jun. Then students may progress to learn the Weapons forms, including Sword and Saber. Students will also have the opportunity to learn the Essential Form and Push Hands. 

Do I need to be at a certain athletic level to train with Lady Tai Chi & Yoga?

No! Tai Chi and Yoga practice can be started at any point in our lives. We can start at any age and at any physical level. Tai Chi and Yoga is accessible to everyone. Many people see seniors practicing Tai Chi in the park but what many do not realize is that Tai Chi is a great practice to start at any age.
