Healing through movement, with care and intention.

Cheryl has been practicing Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga since 2005. Her own journey through injury and recovery taught her that movement isn’t about doing more—it’s about meeting your body where it is. She now helps adults navigating aging, pain, or limited mobility move with more ease, strength, and self-compassion. Her classes focus on alignment and gentle practices that truly support the body.
