Healing through movement, with care and intention.

Cheryl has been practicing Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga since 2005. She helps adults—especially those navigating aging, injury, or pain—move with more ease, strength, and self-compassion. Her classes focus on alignment, gentle movement, and reconnecting with the body in a way that feels supportive and accessible.
